How does it work? You've made a mistake when ordering, you no longer need the part you ordered, or you've simply changed your mind ? 123Bearing will take back your bearing, whatever the date of your order.

We undertake to take back your product ordered from 123Bearing provided :

• The product is packaged in its original packaging,
• The product has not been assembled, used or greased, and is in perfect working order.

The return must include the product in its original packaging, together with the original invoice. Duplicate invoices are available on request from 123Bearing customer service.

Refund will be made in the form of a credit note within one month of receipt of the parcel by our services.
Refund include initial shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Products covered by the return guarantee : bearings, seals, bearings, rod ends, anti-vibration and accessories.

Products not covered: promotional products, products ordered by quotation and special orders. Consumables such as glues and greases.
