Returns and after-sales service
I would like to return my item (incomplete, defective, broken). What should I do?
You can return unsuitable products to us if they have not been assembled or used. Please enclose your order reference or invoice number with the return and send it to the following address:

Once we have received your return and after inspection of the parts by our team, we will proceed to refund the parts by the means of payment you used, within the usual period of one week. Any return sent to us without an invoice, order number or other element enabling us to identify the sender will not be processed. As this is a refund, and not a credit on your next order, we invite you to place another order corresponding to your needs, if you wish.
How will I be reimbursed?
Your refund will be made using the same method of payment you used to pay for your order.
